Airless spray finishing equipment: It is recommended for contractors who make use of large quantity paint on exteriors. The speed in which paint is transferred is more important than the finish quality.

Having speed is a great benefit, but it does sacrifice the finish quality and transfer efficiency. The airless unit make use of high pressure, which is strong enough to cut through rust and take of old paint. This effect causes overspray and bounce back. The transfer efficiency does not exceed 50% (half of the paint is not sticking to the surface painted on).

Safety warning: Do not put any part of your body in front of the spray gun when it is in use. This could lead to permanent injury.

Application:

 The airless spray system (SG PPK800) Can be used with the following paints:

• Primers
• Stains
• Varnishes
• Latex

Care should be taken not to use catalyst/hardener based paints with the airless spray system. Refer to the Paint manufacturer's data sheet.
